Intuitive Software that is HIPAA Compliant
I've used and recommended ClinicSense for about 7 years at this point and overall I couldn't be happier. The personal interactions I've had with the company have been very warm and professional. The biggest bonus is that there are not many software options for massage therapists that are truly HIPAA compliant. The software it self is intuitive and easy to use from the practitioner to the client perspective as well.
Pros
HIPAA compliant, customizable, great customer service
Cons
Nothing is perfect for everyone, that said I'd like to customize the Google Review feature.

Big fan of ClinicSense
ClinicSense was easy to set up, customize, and I love having all of my client info (secure intake forms and notes, packages, gift certificates, communications) all in one place. Their customer service is incredible and I save a LOT of time using ClinicSense compared to my previous booking software.
Pros
The customer service is amazing - I get responses from real humans within hours of sending them a question. I also love the automation for client communication (reminders, availability email), but how there is the ability to still customize! Also they are always working on new features requested by users, so they are always making the product better!
Cons
There are a couple of the client communications that I would love to have the ability to change (such as the text in the SMS reminders), but all pretty minor stuff.
Reasons for Choosing ClinicSense

Jane was very hard to use, and required a password for clients to enter their "portal" - ClinicSense clients can book just with their email!! Acuity was okay, until I accidentally deleted all of my customized schedule changes with the click of a button (whoops)- Industry: Health, Wellness & Fitness

Clinic Sense Review
Pros
Clinic sense is very user friendly. It does however lack some very basic features other software usually has especially in the repost section.
[sensitive content hidden] is the best. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Never had an issue he wasn't able to resolve and if he's not sure he will find the answer and get back to you.
I was not around when the software was purchased but I'm told he was a huge part of why it was purchased.
Cons
Clinic sense is very user friendly. It does however lack some very basic features other software usually has especially in the repost section.
Customer verification with a credit card makes zero sense to me. Every place I have worked there's always a verification system in place but not with credit card information. [sensitive content hidden] have people call on their behalf all the time and admiration doesn't have their credit card.
Seems like clinic sense may be going in a different direction with lots of new staff added to the team. Customer service for me has taken a huge dive.[sensitive content hidden] is just not helpful and [sensitive content hidden] I literally get nowhere with.

Great for basic needs, but lacking in finer details
Overall I like it. The lack of an actual working superbill took your product from a 5 star to a 4 star. This is a service that should be fixed almost immediately.
Pros
It is user friendly and easy to learn. The ability to affordably provide online booking is very helpful. I especially like the ability to add in how much time needed between services, and to have that automatically apply to the appointment booking time
Cons
There are some smaller functions that would really increase the functionality of clinic sense.
The ability to sell a product directly is a huge one, rather than having to create a service to sell something.
Some businesses (such as mine) also do events/seminars/continued education. I would be nice to create a separate category for that, which allows multiple people to book and pay for the service/event for the same timeslot while also having a maximum number of people who can book it.
Finally, superbills. Clinicsense superbills are not actually superbills. A superbill needs a place to input which ICD 10 treatment codes are relevant for the billed code (things like BL back pain, R arm pain, etc), which billing code is charged for the service (97124 is the one for massage), and how many units of the billing code you provided (usually 4 for a 60 minute massage). Without this information, a superbill will NEVER be reimbursed for a client/patient for their insurance company. I tried to tinker with the superbill in your system by adding information to my provider profile but the formatting was strange looking and was not well received by insurance companies. I eventually had to design my own superbill form.

Comprehensive and still simple.
It is a very good software that allows me to schedule clients or the clients to schedule themselves online, to send out intake forms and appointment reminders. I can check out clients and it keeps a record of my income, then do my soap notes. I love it.
Pros
I have referred friends to Clinic Sense. I love how much this software can do, and do it in such simple, workable ways.
Cons
The only down-side I regularly hit is the inability to message clients directly through the software.
