We provide both speech and OT, it is nice how the services are separated. I like being able to use a patient portal for intake forms and the patients access to the portal. I like the reminders for authorizations and reports. Resubmitting claims is significantly easier than other EMRs and I really like the automatic accepted/rejected/denied feature, it is a very big time saver. > > **Cons**: I do not like that you cannot customize the appointment reminder messages, although it looks like this is a pending feature. The billing tab can be confusing at times, I wish that payments could link directly to a service. > > I enjoy it much more than previous EMR softwares used.
