Inviting vendors to qualify with us is very easy. Monitoring prequal status is a simple screen viewing. Sending reminders to vendors is also just a click away. Custom email templates for different reminders is also just a few clicks. > > **Cons**: Although we had all the required prequal fields for the upload, such as each insurance policy, each separate company contact, etc., TradeTapp wouldn't allow us to upload. This meant that our vendors are now having to qualify again, very frustrating. Our ability to modify the data submitted by vendors is completely removed. So if the vendor makes a typo and submits the prequal, they have to be the ones to login and fix the error even though we're perfectly capable of immediately fixing it. > > Overall our experience has been positive.
