> **Pros**: I was able to eliminate the need for a fax machine, however to fax out, one does need a scanner. Streamlined all my emails and work faxes together.

> **Cons**: When people decide to fax me way too many pages, I pay extra . Also, fax2mail is under the umbrella of a giant company so I had a hard time finding customer support for a simple question. The only way to communicate seems to be email.
