Mittlerweile ist budoo garnicht mehr aus unserem Dojo wegzudenken.Das System ist nutzerfreundlich, obwohl die Funktionsdichte sehr groß ist. Trotzdem kamen wir im Team nach einer kurzen Einarbeitung super mit der Software zurecht. Selbst unsere Mitarbeiter, die lieber Papierkram mögen, nutzen budoo mittlerweile gerne. Es vereinfacht vieles. Seitdem wir budoo nutzen, passieren weniger Fehler und die gute Betreuung unserer Schüler fällt uns viel leichter. Es dient nicht nur der Mitgliederverwaltung sondern auch dem Service-Management.Die App ist eine super Sache, um mit unseren Schülern zu kommunizieren und sie zu informieren. Lästige Zettel und Flyer sind Geschichte und den Email-Newsletter konnten wir ebenfalls durch die budoo Nachrichten ersetzen. Die Öffnungsrate konnten wir dadurch um knapp 30% steigern. Das hilft enorm. Der Campus ist ebenfalls eine tolle Sache. Wir brauchten etwas, um die Inhalte einzupflegen, aber umso nützlicher sind sie nun z.B. in der Vorbereitung unserer Schüler für eine Gürtelprüfung. > > **Cons**: Die Umstellung von unserer alten Software auf budoo.one war aufwendig. Trotzdem haben wir einen guten Support bei der Ersteinrichtung bekommen. Die investierte Zeit lohnt sich dennoch, da das einmal eingerichtete System wie ein Uhrwerk funktioniert. Die Zeit, die wir am Anfang aufbringen mussten, haben wir mehrfach wieder reingeholt. > > Das tolle an budoo ist, dass es aus der Perspektive eines Kampfkünstlers denkt.
