> **Pros**: I've used qualsights every couple of months or so for market research purposes, and have found it very intuitive and helpful. The techs are willing to go above and beyond when and if things go wrong, and they're typically our go-to firm for this type of work.

> **Cons**: I wish there were an opportunity to save your login without having to input your name, email, organization, etc for each session instead of needing to enter them each time.
