> **Pros**: The practice management software is easy to use.  We like it from a billing perspective, and I think it offers many add-ins that clients can choose if they wish. &#10;We've had great experiences with trainers at NextGen as well.

> **Cons**: Accounting has not been consistent over the years.  We have to reach out regarding invoices and billing is not always clear.
> 
> The system itself is great.  \[sensitive content hidden\], our account manager is fantastic.  She is always responsive and helpful.  She helps us quickly resolve anything she can for clients. &#10;Sales is very responsive, but could do better about having transparent pricing and being available to talk through what would be best for clients.  I've had clients frustrated with back and forth when they want a conversation with sales.

> **Pros**: I like that my medical provider and I can communicate with one another through the NextGen Healthcare app. When she leaves me a note, I receive an email notification and can quickly check her message and reply.

> **Cons**: I have not experienced any difficulties but always question the security of my online medical information. Based on the pamphlet information I was provided, NextGen takes security very seriously which eases my mind.

> I have been using NextGen with my rheumatology specialist for over two years now. I love that I can readily read her notes, access lab results, and communicate with her. Having access to this information builds my confidence in the care I am receiving.
