> **Pros**: I have been using LawApp since February 2024, having previously used Leap and FilePro. Both general and trust accounting are included in the app and the setting up and generation of legal documents from the template database is very good. I can also include standard documents to load into my first day / contact emails, which is really helpful and ensures that I cannot forget to attach cyber warnings and general information sheets and checklists for clients.
Being able to contact support staff and talk through matters while I am working on them is also really helpful. No sending an email and hoping for a response the same day that I had with other providers\!
I can highly recommend LawApp.

> **Cons**: Like all transitions, it took a short time to get comfortable with LawApp, having been used to using other products, but once you get used to it you realise that you can actually improve the way you do things, saving time and effort.
