Trimble PULSE offers configurable and customizable mobile applications to connect technicians with the back-office, customers, equipment, and inventory in real time. Trimble’s automated scheduler and dispatcher helps service technicians stay on top of changes as they happen throughout the day, and prioritize emergency work with alerts and escalations. GPS tracking with built-in route planning assists management in locating the right technician for a job, as well as monitoring time at a particular job site. Mobile capability allows technicians to send completed work orders directly to the back office for billing.
