You can choose to create simple work instructions up to an integrated setup with a.o. your own ERP system.. What I find most important is the very positive feedback of our operators (people with a distance to the labor market) and their coaches. > > **Cons**: Hard to say. I have known Azumuta for a number of years. I have seen them grow and expand the possibilities of their software. Every now and then we notice a bug. That is understandable in a fast growing application. Reporting these bugs is quickly taken up by them. > > As said before, the feedback from the production floor is most important to me. Digitization takes time and demands quality of work. This may give the perception that it takes a lot of time and therefore also expensive, inefficient. Even our operators were trained and now make WI's. The approval flow for WI is straight forward and easy to set up. Skill Qualification gives a good overview of current status experience level of the workforce and potential gabs you have in coverage of experience in certain work area's. the Azumuta team is a very customer driven team. When you ask for a certain feature, they contact you, discuss your need and if they see added value in it they put it on their Software roadmap. Some time later you will receive a mail that the feature has been programmed and has become operational. > > **Cons**: We are still missing an easy way of reporting training overviews or a training dashboard. How many people were trained, how many hours were spend on training etc... But a pro in this is that they are investigating, after communicating the wish to have a report, how they can create a dashboard. Some handy features are missing but overall it is hard to find topics that don't work or are not available.
