For example, most software does not separate jobs and work orders or at least to the extent of Spectrum and it keeps things so much more organized and efficient. I also handled lots of payables during my time using Spectrum, and I feel overall accounting wise it is very beneficial and makes invoicing easy and it's easy to see what we need to research in open payables. We've never had any security issues which is a plus and the format and design of Spectrum is very appealing while working. > > **Cons**: One of our company's biggest grievances with Spectrum is that the customer support is not the greatest. Not sure if this is due to the volume of customer's or what, but there have been times where we are told we are the only customer to ever have an issue we've had and are not able to offer much insight. Another thing I don't particularly like is how expensive Spectrum is especially to add additional modules. When adding additional modules there isn't much help as far as set up as well. We usually have already completed or have the knowledge offer in training for new modules, but it's like the training never goes more in depth and we are left to figure the rest out AND we had to pay for the training for the expensive module we just purchased. > > Overall, Spectrum is a very good software.
