The mobile app is essential to communicate with our network of over 500 Event Managers and Support Staff who are able to apply for jobs according to their location. The team at Armada have been keen to work with us and have been responsive to our requests. Any issues have been dealt with quickly by their excellent technical support team. We have successfully integrated with both Quickbooks and more recently Paylocity. Rather than a one size fits all policy they are always happy to receive feedback from users which has resulted in many small improvements being made to the system. > > **Cons**: Not really a Con but currently we would like to improve the integration with our CRM system. This would require support for an automation system such as Zapier or Make.
