We are have found a major increase in student engagement for our events, job postings, career opportunities, etc. I love that we can also reach our students, in real time. We can send out reminders of our events knowing that students have their cell phones and will be reached. It has significantly changed the way we can market our events and resources to students and has allowed us to make great strides within our office. > > **Cons**: I do hope to see being able to attach documents in other formats rather than jpeg. The chats are within so many sub menus that they are difficult to access. Abuzz needs better notification management, like if I prefer to be notified in my groups but not for campus-wide announcements. Group creation, moderation, and management should make sense. Announcements and posts made by the Abuzz admins should be stored somewhere so if I close the banner they're not gone forever.
