Engage® supports internal audit activities by allowing audit teams to access programmes directly within the platform. Auditors can record findings, leave notes, assign improvement tasks and manage follow-up actions using built-in tools, reducing reliance on external documents and disconnected processes.

The platform enables secure file exchange between organisations and their internal or external auditors. All documentation is stored and accessed within Engage®, removing the need to send files by email and reducing the risk associated with handling confidential information across multiple parties.

By operating fully digitally, Engage® eliminates the need for paper-based processes or PDF-heavy workflows. Organisations can track ESG and sustainability activities, produce and share reports securely and maintain a central record of evidence and documentation within the platform.

Engage® is designed to support multiple assurance projects at the same time. Organisations can build separate programmes for areas such as health and safety, governance, environmental management or anti-corruption, while allowing multiple assurance firms to access the platform with clearly defined roles and access rights.

For organisations not yet ready to seek external assurance, Engage® can still be used to build and manage ESG and sustainability systems. Areas such as whistleblowing, carbon management, biodiversity, environmental performance and health and safety can be managed within the platform, with the option to activate audit and assurance functionality at a later stage.

The platform also provides tools to record non-conformities and track follow-up actions arising from audits. Tasks, tags and follow-ups can be managed centrally, helping organisations maintain visibility of outstanding issues and ensure continuous improvement over time.
