> I have had a very disappointing experience with this billing software provider. When it comes time for renewal, they significantly hike up the cost, making it unaffordable. Additionally, they frequently remove features that were initially included in the package and then demand extra charges to reinstate them. The support service is extremely poor; while they speak sweetly and make numerous promises before the purchase, once you buy their plan, they seem to forget you exist. I do not recommend this provider at all.
