> **Pros**: With guidance from the Wilbur service team, the deployment process was easy.  Once configured, the day to day management is straight forward, easy to learn and understand, with a very intuitive user interface. The help desk service is second to none, sometimes responding to requests within minutes.

> **Cons**: The range of bespoke reporting outputs is limited, while we can easily access an all data report and use filters, it would be nice to have an option to create bespoke reports for reports we regularly use.
> 
> Overall the Wilbur system is extremely easy to use, and the Service \&amp; Help Desk teams are incredibly helpful.  I would highly recommend Wilbur for claims management.

> **Cons**: Difficult to come up with a dislike. Perhaps only gripe is straight out of the box system is predominantly geared towards motor and property claims management.
> 
> Good service thus far with implementation process. Wilbur service team has impressed me with their depth of knowledge and professionalism. They have taken the time to understand our needs and provided a tailored solution. We are currently on track to operationalize the system before its due date.
