Easy, professional, company-wide email signature management
The platform is great and the support is solid!
Pros
We set out to find a platform that could give us consistent, cloud-based, professional signatures across all our team members. Not only did Exclaimer do this, it also has a great user interface that makes it very easy to create and modify.
Cons
We wanted a company-wide, professional email signature. What we got was a platform that seamlessly integrates with Google Workspace to pull in our team members' information in a easy to create template.

Good solution
Configuration went without any problems and once implemented users had no issues anymore as they had with the previous solution.
Pros
The ease of creating signatures. The drag and drop solution works really wel. When users have been assigned multiple signatures, they can very easy switch between them.
Cons
When adding groups to a signature, the group must be mail enabled. Also the user signatures are not visible when sending from a shared mailbox.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365Reasons for Choosing Exclaimer
It was an on-premise solution that didn't work well anymore with Office 365.Reasons for Switching to Exclaimer
Same company and the drag and drop feature works really well for us. Other then that both solutions deliver about the same signature solution.- Industry: Marketing & Advertising

Terrible Service
Pros
Once it was set up it worked as promised.
Cons
The billing department is terrible and the customer service is even worse. They have been charging me for almost a year and not providing the service. Repeated attempts to contact support and the credit department go unanswered. I have an open case on this issues that is 6 weeks old. No update in 3 weeks despite repeated attempts to contact support. The last update I received was they were trying to get in touch with their own Credit department, which is a strange response.

Great solution to control email branding.
Its a great way to enforce and control corporate branding / signatures across emails, and prevent user-level changes that fall outside brand guidelines.
Pros
Great functionality in that it allows for more complex mail signatures that are platform agnostic and allow mobile computing to remain invisible to the receiver.
Cons
The lack of mobile-responsive and dark mode testing

It's a great program, The start up is way more hands on that advertised/expected
It's been ok. We almost pulled the plug due to the amount of time spent trying to get it up and running in the Client-Side configuration. We opted to not use the server side because we did not feel comfortable having all our emails routed through a random server (They could spend some more time explaining their server hosting, uptime and security a little better) for the purpose of a signature.
Pros
It's very easy to get consistency across your entire team with their tool. It's also going to be fantastic for advertising and event marketing.
Cons
Setup was not as smooth as expected, and the support team seems pretty scattered. I got there eventually, but the constant emails from Zendesk checking in on my case after I considered them to be closed were quite annoying.
