Paycor - Simplified System A Must Have
Paycor has more than enough to offer.
One App. that can make life so much easier with these features:
* Payroll
* Benefits
* Expense Management
* Scheduling
* Background Screening
* Talent / Work Management
* Point of Sales
* And so much more. .
An ability to have all the above qualities, if not most or all companies require - this overall experience is a blessing. Thank you Paycor for simplifying HR responsibilities. Well Done...🤗

It's compacted so much into one system. Not login in several apps to get everything done. Time saver for sure!
Cons
I am yet to discover a dislike with Paycor..

Paycor is a great product
I am very pleased with the functionality as well as the customer service with Paycor.
Pros
Paycor is very easy to use and to train new people on how to use. Recruiting, training and hiring is very useful and well planned.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. It is a great product.

Paycor - no accountabillity
Horrible - lack of ownership. Refusal to research data issues. Outright lies about functionality of product vs actual usage.
Pros
We truly liked our salesperson, but even they have left Paycor now.
Cons
No audit trail, no dedicated support, refusal to allow access to all support teams when we had questions, lack of connectivity in their own products

Paycor Functionality
I personally like paycor from the admin side but overall it did not offer the customizing we need such as resetting user emails and password resets are so difficult for the end user.
Pros
On the back office side, I liked Payor for its ease of use and how simple it made payroll for us.
Cons
We had issues with users' access to view their onboarding and payroll as well as the fees.

Paycor, our best decision!
Our experience with Paycor has been great, transitioning from another vendor was smooth and hassle free.
Pros
The smooth onboarding and continued support.
Cons
There is nothing that I like least about Paycor.
