About GoCanvas

GoCanvas is a cloud-based mobile business management system suitable for field service companies, including electrical, HVAC, pest control and plumbing. The solution is designed to work on any smartphone or tablet and can also be accessed on Windows computer via Windows app. GoCanvas offers a dispatch calendar that allows users to create and assign jobs to field operators. The form builder tool can be used to create customized service forms using drag-and-drop interface. Contact management, billing, invoicing, work order management, and scheduling are all offered as standalone options, so users can choose just one or combine applications to best fit the company’s needs. GoCanvas allows for data integration and the data auto-populates into the customized apps. This data can then be shared, and the system encrypts it using SSL grade encryption. The solution is available on a per user per month subscription and offers support via phone, email and live chat.

Agrxis Review on GoCanvas

I rely on GoCanvas as a business owner to speed up my data collection and form submission procedures. I can easily build and customize digital forms that are catered to my particular needs thanks to the platform's user-friendly and straightforward interface. Offline data collection is a game-changer since it enables me to operate effectively even in places with poor internet. My productivity has been further increased by the connectivity with other corporate programs, like cloud storage and CRMs. Every time I've had a problem or a query, the customer support staff has been accommodating and supportive. Overall, GoCanvas has greatly streamlined my work process, saved me time, and made my data management chores much simpler. Pros

GoCanvas and its superb mobile form solution really blew me away. The platform gave me the freedom and capabilities to design and alter digital forms to suit my particular business requirements. I was able to develop and alter forms with great ease using the drag-and-drop form builder, which helped me save a lot of time and work. I was able to gather data even in places with little or no internet connectivity because to GoCanvas' offline capabilities, which guaranteed continuous production. My workflow was expedited by the interface with other corporate systems, like CRMs and cloud storage platforms, which also got rid of the necessity for manual data entry. I was able to make data-driven decisions because to the advanced analytics and reporting options, which gave me useful insights into form submissions and trends. The customer support team was responsive and knowledgeable, promptly addressing any questions or issues I encountered.

Cons

Although I had a good overall experience with GoCanvas, there were a few things that I found difficult. The platform's learning curve was one of the things that I had trouble with. It took me some time to properly understand all the features and functionalities offered because I was a new user. It took some trial and error to put up the forms the first time, and I had to spend more time looking into the alternatives.

Good, especially for multi unit management

Pros

Easy and fast functionally to change and update checklists as needed

Completely self managed, but of a learning curve on how to build and manage.

STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT TOUCH

Scale from 1 to 10, I would put it at a negative 2.

Pros

It's ok at what it does. Paperwork functionality is ok.

Cons

Integrations suck. Their cancellation process is a joke!! They don't give you a place to reduce seats or to cancel. Then, I got assigned to a retention specialist who reduced our seats from 15 to 3. But come to find out they didn't so I kept getting billed for 15. On top of that, I emailed for 11 days trying to cancel out the remaining 3 and geting a refund for the difference. No response from my two account managers. Completeley ghosted. Honestly, the worst experience possible!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Contracts Customer service

When we needed to reduce down on seats they would not give us what we needed and didn't care at all about our needs and held us to contract. We are canceling the contract when it is up.
Very unprofessional.
