Good Software for Bill Processing

Overall very good. Responsive customer support team and have been open to our suggestions.

Pros

Usability, great for users in many locations with significant distance between them.

Cons

Cannot have more than one user in "possession" of a record at one time.

Review

Good but the credit memos are horrible and very time consuming

Pros

Finding invoices and the quickness of everything at your fingertips.

Cons

The credit memo section
It takes forever for vendors to get ACH payments and they actually get checks quicker.
Cant have more than two approvers on a check, we would like more.

A straight forward yet robust software

Pros

I enjoy the friendliness of the sales, customer support, and implementation team. They showed great openness and flexibility to tackling situations that arose. The best features are Billy the AI along with the diverse amount of communications, audit trail, and traceability in the invoice approvals. I like how quickly and seamlessly the platform updates with our software, and there is no load friction in navigating the platform. The sync, while not fully automatic - occurs frequently enough to not need to worry about data syncing.

Cons

While the implementation schedule remains flexible, it would have been nice to get an actual calendar curriculum with specific planned dates to easily map every lesson and training being taught.

Pros

The ease of invoice upload, approve and integration into Accounting software.
Customizing the invoice processing options.

Cons

Opening invoices isn't always the easiest to view.
