Once I enter employee hours or salary details, the system takes care of CPP, EI, and income tax based on CRA requirements. This reduces manual checks and makes each pay run more reliable. I find the Excel import especially useful. Instead of entering hours one by one, I can upload a file and move straight into processing, which saves a noticeable amount of time when dealing with multiple employees. Payslips are generated automatically and shared securely with employees via email or an online portal. Employees can also access their records and download T4 slips on their own, which helps reduce follow-up questions. Year-end work is also much easier to manage. T4s and ROEs are generated directly within the system, and the information is already organized in a way that saves time when reviewing past payroll history.
