> **Pros**: Flux was very simple to set up and the learning curve was minimal. We were moving from an spreadsheet system that was outdated and passed through many hands, so the data and columns were not quite accurate.  Fluxx organized the data and illuminated some missing information, which we are now tracking.

> **Cons**: At this time I have not found a con to this product. We use the free version and it is sufficient for our needs.
