They have got this right !!!!!
The corporate location that you need to call for help are ALWAYS willing to take the time to help you figure out whatever you are struggling with.
I have been using this software from the start of my business in 2017 and I believe that the GorrillaDesk team have made themseves INDESPENSIBLE to my business. I now cannot imagine going back and working without it.

Convenience and ease of use.
Allows my business to be 100% Digital
Figures my taxes for me.
The Automatic emails are the best part of this software.
Gorrilladesk pricing is on point to make this product usable for everyone
Cons
That the estimates sent to customers dont have the signature function unless you are WITH the customer.
I am sure that this will be fixed soon though with an update.

My favorite software
Pros
We’ve been in this business for over 15 years and we have used Pest pack and brio stack and neither compare to the ease and functionality of gorilla desk. One of my favorite features is how you can send your own contracts and they upload them into the software to fill out for you and Premade contracts are great
Cons
Well, we’re a small company so I have to pay $99 instead of $50 and the only thing I use that upgrade it is documents

Losing touch
Once a great product, now a pain. Customer service used to solve issues quickly. Now they tell me that the problems can not be reproduced on their end. I think they may have grown too fast and forgotten the user. They are adding new features but never solving problems on the core function of the software. It's been over a year that they pushed out V3. I like what it could be but it's more troublesome and buggy.
Pros
GD was a good company that seemed to to understand the needs of a small owner/operator and small pest company. Used to be easy to use and the simple interface was solid. Customer Service used to be fantastic.
Cons
The new version has been a huge letdown. New bugs are still showing up and old bugs are never resolved. I have to switch between V3 and "Classic" to do things like send statements and try to make a note recur. Recently, Ive noticed that many notes are not recurring. So, I have to go back to old notes to copy any past over and over. There are several small issues that on their own are not a big deal but they are never solved, so they have stacked up. Death by a thousand cuts.

terrible customer service, always running into problems with the system

sets up routes and invoices. i would give the company no stars if possible
Cons
customer services is terrible. When something happens or is down they dont notify you. You have to wait for yourself to run into the problem and bring it up to them to let you know, they already knew.

Fantastic service industry product, specifically pest control
Best business decision thus far. It will allow expanding a company and organizing tech scheduling like butter. Even a great product for solo operators. Saved me at least 30 minutes a day chasing clients and confirming jobs
Pros
It has made managing my business extremely easy, professional, time saving, clients love it.
Cons
There’s nothing specifically to dislike, but if I had to choose I would add a few more ease of life features like hybrid colour coding instead of only being able to choose confirmed status or job type colour coding at a time.
