The company I currently work for uses this as an addition to our UKG app to make it easier to manage hours, pto requests, messages and updates and I really enjoy the fact that it is easily accessible both on the job and outside of work!

When using this software when I worked as a Customer Service Representative years back the feature, I liked most was its Security function. It really guarded others to prevent them from accessing Employer and Employee accounts.

What I liked least about UKG Ready was its difficulty logging in at times. I constantly had to change passwords and had to ask for help at times in order to login.

Employees find it very easy to work with and log hours. Employers like it for the same reasons. It is very straight forward.

The only con I can honestly say is that the program was a little more pricy than others that I have worked with. When working with Organizations, price is always a key factor.

The UKG Platform is easy to set up, the menu is basic, you do not have to navigate a lot to find what you looking for.

the only think i don't like about this platform is the app menu vs the desk menu, I know the desk menu will always be better but there's some apps which already contains more of the desk menu into the app.

The way it integrates punch system with pay stubs, pay dates, W-2s. It also has all my employee info organized and able to edit/update.

Probably not much of a con for employers but the precision of the clock in system makes it hard to manage/avoid overtime.

Well, I’m a sales manager, and UKG allows my boss to be able to upload new candidates into the portal, and in return, I can view those candidates, and interview them.

I don’t dislike anything, but I’ve had multiple issues with my employees being able to authenticate their work emails, when setting up their UKG profile.

I like that it is interactive and easily accessible to employees. Any work history information that HR has is contained right there and at your fingertips.

The one thing I could say that I had an issue with is not being able to change my profile picture. I think the user should be allowed to update their picture periodically.

While working for a former company, they used UKG. This tool helped the associates keep track of their company profile information and gave the associates the access to manage their own profiles. This was great for the HR operation at the company.

I like that UKG Ready is like an employee's bag. Everything is in the same place, we can easily access information about our job status and progress according to KPIs. I liked the ease of documenting the start and end of official working hours and the accuracy of documentation, issuing a payslip, scheduling vacations or requesting leave directly from the employee's page. I liked the ease of approving goals with UKG Ready, and I liked the ease of sharing them with direct managers by updating them and issuing reports about them. What UKG Ready provides in terms of dashboards that display progress according to each KPI independently, and the transparency of accessing and reviewing evaluations is very motivating to put in more effort.

UKG Ready has not overlooked anything, is easy to use, and ensures real-time notifications that keep us up to date with updates.

The Benefits Module is user friendly. But even with that, the EDI team is non-responsive sometimes and we've had trouble with data on carrier invoices.

Performance Module: We abandoned it because:
i.Menus are confusing. The word "Comments" is hard coded and it means "Submit." Therefore saving and submitting was hard.
ii.Several people didn't understand how to use the "goals" systems.
Recruitment Module: Clunky. Could not drag and drop resumes to email and other problems. We abandoned it.
Compensation Module: Could not even finish implementation. 2 parts of the system do not "talk to each other" so we could not display information for primary positions and secondary positions in the same report.
Core HR: Requires dual entry in several fields because the 2 part of the system do not share data. It's like 2 separate systems cobbled together. Infuriating.

Pros

It allows employees to sign in and off with just their cellphone - saves time on punch clocks.

Cons

No every employee likes using apps because of the geo location.

Ukg was an amazing platform at my last company. Creating and approving time off requests was a breeze. Checking hours and being able to have mobile app access to employees was critical and this application delivered just that.

UKG Ready is a highly customizable solution. Like a buffet, you can take a little of this and a little of that to get the features and functions you most want or need. The system is also highly scalable and expandable. We have added on more features over the years and it is a seamless integration with existing data when adding on. The support team is Best In Class. I feel like I have my own support team when I have a question or I have broken something because I didn't read some of the support tools available. This support team is assigned to your company so you always know who you will be working with.

I have nothing negative to say about UKG Ready. It is a powerful tool which works for you 24/7/365.
