> **Pros**: Sa prise en main rapide est vraiment son point fort. Le module GMM est simple d'utilisation et permet de faire un bon suivi de son matériel

> **Cons**: Nous avions pris le module Etalonnage ainsi que la formation associée, par manque de temps nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser à sa juste valeur car ce module demande un peu plus d'investissement que les autres modules.

> J'utilise le logiciel depuis plus de 4 ans maintenant, j'ai formé plusieurs personnes en interne sur son utilisation et je trouve qu'il est facile de le prendre en main et de l'utiliser rapidement .

> **Pros**: L'accès aux tableaux de bord dès la connexion et paramétrable pour chaque utilisateur, cela permet en un coup d'œil de connaitre la situation du parc instrument. La gestion et le paramétrage des étalonnages est vraiment un plus.

> **Cons**: Le principal inconvénient est dans la partie e-service où nous sommes trop dépendant de Deltamu sur un certain nombre de paramétrage, mais ils sont très disponibles et très réactifs ce qui compense.

> **Cons**: toute la prestation d'intégration de la base de données existante (prestation facturée, avec plusieurs suivis et avec à chaque fois les mêmes remarques de ma part qui n'ont pas été prise en compte) J'ai dû reprendre un a un tous les instruments car la désignation a été mal faite, avec des espaces rajoutées de partout qui ont faussé toutes les identifications. Certains numéros d'identifiants avaient été repris directement depuis l'ancienne numérotation (ex : au lieu de CLD-0001, CLD-0234). La seule chose reprise de l'ancienne base de données, est l'intégration de l'ancienne identification en commentaires pour suivi. Au vue du prix de la prestation, j'aurai mieux fait de faire la création du nouveau parc moi même, sachant que je suis encore en train de modifier la base de données des désignations pour l'identification automatique.

> très mitigé avec ce problème lors de l'intégration de la base de donnée, j'utilise Optimu depuis presque 9 ans et je n'avais pas jamais eu de problème avec Deltamu, j'espère qu'il s'agit d'un erreur de parcours et qu'ils vont s'améliorer à l'avenir.
