It is a good value for the price when comparing it to other programs I have used. Doing notes are easy, as well as scheduling and Billing (very important). Every software does have the capability to create macros, ChiroSpring makes it straight forward and easy to do. I'd say where ChiroSpring stands out, to me, is their customer support. They never fail to reply to my concerns or problems within an hour to 1 business day. There's also a lot of videos to help explain and trouble shoot problems. > > **Cons**: hmmm. The one thing I wish they would change is: if you change key items, it will affect past notes.
