> **Pros**: Navigate has provided an all-in-one solution for student scheduling, student notes, generating reports for use by faculty and staff, creating appointment campaigns, and viewing a cohort dashboard. Overall, Navigate360 has worked well for our use case and has allowed us to consolidate our use of other programs. Its single sign-on function has also integrated well with our existing systems.

> **Cons**: Load times can be a bit long. Granted, we are loading a large amount of data for a database of several thousand, so this is not unheard of, but it can slow down user processes to some degree. The load times can be 2 or 3 seconds, but it is a noticeable delay.

> To date, I have been very happy with Navigate360. Our customer-facing end is streamlined, intuitive, and works well on both desktop and mobile devices. The staff end has a lot of useful tools, from scheduling, meeting reports, and there is a great amount of reports that can be configured by IT staff. Overall, Navigate360 has been an incredibly useful tool that has helped us to reduce the number of programs we are using, as it does many things very well.
