The pre-sales was great, no wonder these guys only let you pay yearly, as once you've paid and start using it, it doesn't actually work. Normal scenario - colleague updates a key result, I get an email full of question marks, I try and find whats been updated, since the update happened the number has changed, and the description has been replaced with another KR since I opened it. It's insane.
