This subscription is worth every penny and my whole team agrees without a doubt. I can tell that the members at Adaptive really have experience in the complications that come with managing construction budgets, draws, vendor bills, customer invoices, change orders, purchase orders and even lien waivers. I would highly recommend that you check them out if you want to improve and automate your daily tasks. Adaptive’s AI saves me so much time. When I receive an invoice in my email, all I have to do is forward it to our Adaptive account and AI will input most of the information for me within moments. From there, I can see whether or not the invoice fits within our budget, send the invoice to our Superintendent for approval, and after that, it’s automatically synced to Quickbooks and ready for Payment. I also appreciate the Customer Support and constant training webinars available regarding updates and features. The Team at Adaptive responds promptly and they love to hear feedback while finding ways to improve based on user experience. I've never been left hanging with a question or problem on our account. I think my favorite tool right now is the Draws. I can't believe how easy it is to complete a Draw process and export it to an easy to digest pdf for our Customers to pay off of. Our Customers no longer have follow up questions or hesitations, because all of the information and answers are included in one pdf.
