Having a simple but central console to look at everything from a few custom views and a single window is a huge improvement to keeping track of things using spreadsheets and various other tools that aren't quite as complete as TIMS. > > **Cons**: I haven't found anything that is a true dissatisfier at this time. I have a lot of road to cover and so far there haven't been any issues. > > Our primary business problem was having too many invoices and too many telecom vendors that were difficult to manage and negotiate both contractually and from a service perspective.
