> **Pros**: We are using Wati from the time our product (Quizly.App) was launched into the market. We mainly use it to broadcast our updates to our customers. Wati also helps us to manage our customer queries as well. Recently we have added work flow automation as well onto our website.&#10;Wati has also been integrated to our Facebook market place account from which we generate our leads.

> **Pros**: The system itself works and delivers the expected functionalities. Nothing more. I'm only writing this last sentence to reach the 100-character minimum required by this site.

> Lack of transparency and unnecessarily complicated cancellation process&#10;&#10;I used Wati for only one month, and I encountered several critical issues that potential users should be aware of:&#10;&#10;The credit system is not clearly explained, making it difficult to understand what you are actually paying for.&#10;&#10;There is no option to cancel directly from the platform. Instead, users are required to send an email, and cancellation must be requested at least two days in advance, which is highly inconvenient.&#10;&#10;The information on how to cancel is not easily accessible, and this seems designed to make the process more difficult than necessary.&#10;&#10;This type of commercial practice may be considered unfair under EU consumer protection laws, especially given the lack of transparency and the deliberate friction in the cancellation process.&#10;&#10;It is, at the very least, surprising that Meta lists Wati as an authorized partner, considering the user experience related to subscription management.
