The AI does make some predictions regarding a given persona's likely personality traits (e.g. practical vs. emotional, introvert vs. extrovert, analytical vs. impulsive, etc.), but unfortunately it falls well short on converting either the information users submit or the tidbits of low-quality bite-size pieces generated by the platform into anything approaching actionable insights. I initially purchased a lifetime deal for a price of about 90% off the equivalent annual plan, but nonetheless still refunded it -- bargains are measured by price paid relative to quality/value received, and I couldn't justify spending anything on this in its current form. > > Underwhelmed. There is no persona generator tool. There is no AI chatbot to be able to ask questions that would help tease out the kind of insights/value that are missing like, "Where would someone like this \[a user-submitted persona profile\] be most likely to get information about \[product/need/solution\]?" There is no acknowledgment that personas do not live/work/transact/decide in isolation from other influences/considerations, and this too is a huge gap. Is this a decision maker? If not, what is their degree of influence and who is it they'll need to convince? If they ARE the decision maker, do they have stakeholders whose interests nonetheless need to be considered before they'll be able to "say yes" and get a deal done? There is no actionable output regarding recommended channels/formats to find targeted personas and/or to communicate with high-impact or recommended conferences, associations, industry publications, etc. that should be considered. I could go on but you get the point. There's potential if they take the bare bones reality of what they are now and start to deliver actual value, but, until then, Personadeck looks like a half-pregnant solution that undercuts its own value proposition even \*further\* by seemingly failing to demonstrate they understand what their own target market personas would value. ----- ### "An unpolished SaaS with big potential" — 3.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *24 November 2023* | Design | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: It is very straight forward and guides you through the simple process of a questionnaire to give you the results.
