AMAZING Software!
We have been customers for over 5 years and Sku Labs solved a host of issues we had as we grew from a small company into more inventory and more orders. They not only reduced our errors in shipping to nearly 0% but made purchasing enjoyable, and easy. Best of all they are ALWAYS there for us if we ever need anything! Great people!! And Great Software!
Pros
Purchasing, Inventory, Shipping, Ease of use, and Service. Great product and people!
Cons
Everything I great. zero complaints....

The Root of our business. Sku labs Does it all.
We’ve been working with Sku Labs for over half a decade, and from day one, it has brought immediate structure to our fulfillment, inventory management, purchasing, and shipping processes. We use it DAILY and it's safe to say it's the heart of our business operations. It seamlessly integrated with our BigCommerce store and provided a way for us to organize, track, and analyze the 1,500 SKUs we manage in our business.
Thanks to the purchasing and analytics tabs in the Sku Labs software, we’ve been able to accurately order products in a timely manner, avoiding stockouts and gaining confidence that our inventory counts are always precise. Every aspect of our process—acceptance, cycle counts, and shipping—is meticulously tracked for each individual item. And that’s just the management side!
Sku Labs also integrates directly with our shipping department, enabling us to accurately pull and fulfill customer orders. The shipping features help our team identify the correct items for each order using images, internal notes, and any necessary communication between the customer, the shipper, and our customer service team. Batch printing has been a game-changer for our shipping operations, making us incredibly efficient.
Finally, my favorite part of Sku Labs is the incredible team behind the software. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting [sensitive content hidden] recently, though we’ve been in touch with them and their team for years. They’ve consistently been attentive to our needs, always quick to address any questions, and willing to go above and beyond to add custom features that benefit our business. It’s been a true pleasure working with them and seeing that they share the same level of passion for Sku Labs as we do for our own business.
Pros
Sku Labs solved our
Fulfillment - Our shipping team has an accurate way to ship orders with multiple check points to ensure accuracy.
Purchasing - Allows anyone to accept shipments with accuracy, and automatically adds those amounts to our current stock. No human error.
Inventory management - Allows us to have accurate stock counts by removing human error from about every aspect of the process
Cycle Counts - Create uniform ways for us to check our stock, dates, and their movement.
Product Sales Anaylitics - Seeing how our products are performing with in-depth analytic.
Cons
In the beginning, as the person responsible for implementing the software, it was a growing process to fine-tune the program to meet our specific needs over the years. The only thing I might have wished for at the time was a dedicated engineer or Sku Labs representative who could focus on guiding us through the features most relevant to our business. With so many powerful options available in Sku Labs, it can feel overwhelming to figure out which ones to prioritize.
Having someone provide a bit more dedicated, hands-on attention during the first week—beyond their excellent support line—could be a valuable addition to their onboarding process. That said, they may already offer something like this now, as the company has grown alongside us. To be clear, their customer service is truly incredible, but a more tailored and intimate onboarding experience could make the transition even smoother for new users.

Do not use this product
Pros
The team behind SKULabs are nice (and always willing to take phone calls or chat via email), but unfortunately the product is too buggy and half built to serve any purpose. This product talks way more game than it delivers.
Cons
The landing page makes it seem like they have a full suite of functionality. In reality, they *some* functionality related to what they promise, but it's often half baked and buggy. The docs offer no guidance on how to use some features. It'd be worth its price if it actually did what they say they do on their website.

Love Skulabs
I use Skulabs daily and it's a pleasure to use. We all wish for more features but what skulabs does it does well. From inventory management, to order processing and purchasing, it gets me to where I need to be and it does it well.
I cannot imagine not using it now.
I can't speak highly enough of the team who support me, they are fabulous and go out of their way to help me, I feel like we're all part of the same team.
They're a fabulous company to work with and I am delighted to recommend them.
Pros
Amazing, friendly support who go out of their way to help me and my individual needs. They really care.
Tight integration with Bigcommerce that never fails.
Reliable platform and uptime.
Easy order processing.
Great inventory management.
A pleasure to use.
Cons
While it mostly works, I continue to have printing issues sometimes.
Purchase orders could do with some attention.
The order page could be nicer on the eye.
It could also contain a lot more useful data that I need when fulfilling orders such as customer history which you have to go searching for in menus. There's plenty of room for it on the actual order page. Be nice if you could customise the UI, lots of things on the order screen and product pages that I never need to see or don't use.
Reports could be better, for example, there's no info on best-selling kits, only the individual parts.
I'd like to see the profit and margin data on the product page.
There's good data in the customer history so I'd like to see more options to use that for marketing.
Reasons for Choosing SKULabs
Amazon acquired Veeqo and changed their pricing model forcing me out of their platform. Absolutely stupidity but that's Amazon for you. I liked Veeqo and it has a few features I miss but I wouldn't go back, I prefer Skulabs now.Switched From
VeeqoReasons for Switching to SKULabs

Excellent inventory management
SKU Labs support is top notch, they are insanely responsive and willing to help work through almost anything you have issues or questions with.
Pros
The ability to create items as kits that depend on other products was key for us, since our business relies on these types of listings. We used to need to keep kit inventory separate from general, but now it is so easy to just enter inventory amounts into products X Y and Z, and the kit that needs them automatically calculates how many can be sold based on hat items are on hand. Amazing!
Cons
It took a while to get used to and get everything set up. There is a learning curve that can cause some headache, but the support team will make it as smooth as possible.
