The ease of submitting documents is a game changer. Who wants to be chasing the same people trying to get them to do their sign offs. Alkimii's automated document store ensures your updates reach everyone they need to. The built in chat function really helps you to keep the team in the loop - and disconnect during your time away from the business, as it helps to avoid work conversations spilling over into your personal whatsapp. Payroll is seamless with Alkimii, they also seem to be able to add custom permissions and controls to your access if you are the property manager for alkimii. The biggest pro about Alkimii is the support by far. The support is from real people - no automated "live agents" or "ai support". By any standard the response time is exceptional > > **Cons**: More of a general point of view but like any system, when you've used a different system for so long and change to a new system it will take you time to get used to the new way of doing things.
