> **Pros**: Very professional IT team. Very courteous and always willing to help. The team is very flexible to switch from waterfall methodology to sprint style. The architects are knowledgeable as well and knows about the technology, be it Tomcat, Java, database from DB2 or PostgreSQL. Project Manager is also very friendly and always willing to help out.

> **Cons**: NSC does not have a presence in US. So it gets difficult on the infrastructure side sometimes for access related issues as well as billing has to be wire payment and manual which takes time and money. Not having a face to face discussion seems a bit awkward at times.
> 
> Overall our organization had a great experience working with Datanovata. The time to developing a product is very fast. Testing always end up in a good quality with very few defects. The capability of providing lots of search features is very helpful. We started with 3 systems and have grown up to 10 systems. We are happy with the cost, time taken for development and deployment to production. Datanovata will become Enterprise wide Archival solution for MBFS.
