The UI is impressive and better than I expected. I had only a small amount of experience with this category of software yet I was still able to create surveys for clients on my own. There are 20+ types of questions to choose from in the survey builder. Some of the question types can even be used to power skip logic. I also have the Zoho Survey mobile app where I can review survey responses as soon as they're received. I can set up notifications when a question receives a specific answer as well. I never needed customer service to resolve an issue, however I have emailed them with questions and the response was prompt. > > **Cons**: I wanted to include questions that were something like "Please select what we did well" or "Please select what we could do better" and the client could check the boxes on multiple answers. I put the questions into the editing box and discovered that multiple answer specifications are not supported. I think this is something Zoho Survey could do better.. I would also like to be able to use bold letters in some questions with specifications that clients seem to overlook, however this is not supported either.
