Since the first day WMS was installed Derek and Issam have been with us and helped us with everything that has come up. They have always been there for us whenever needed. Whether it be finding out how productive your staff are to where and how things can be misplaced the event log records every scan and is easily accessible. We know how many locations a picker has gone to, how many items they have picked, how many items a stocker has moved, and how many orders we have processed.
