Simple to Implement and Excellent Technical Support
You can perform a DNS search if you wish to track your IP, run reports automatically, send them to your email address, and receive real-time notifications when your firewall changes.
Pros
A quality product that is particularly beneficial to management guidelines. The administrator can easily view the reports with the graphical interface. The Interface is quite user-friendly. As a result, the software is simple. It is helpful in maintaining internal and operational efficiencies.
Cons
I don't have any disclaimers to make regarding this product. The tool is perfect on its own way.

My overall experience with ManageEngine Firewall Analyzer is great.
Pros
It provides you deep visibility on user behavior e.g. user accessing unwanted or harmful websites or social media websites etc. Even it provides you detailed network traffic and bandwidth consumption insights.
It secures your network by highlighting security breaches (if any) in advance.
You can check firewall rule usage and it's impact on network easily.
It supports various firewall brands.
Cons
Never faced any issue with ManageEngine Firewall Analyzer till now.

This manage engine feature easy to manage our other vendor's firewall .
So far , I quite happy with the product as its can communicate with our other vendor firewall and able to grab data from there . Easy to read data and easy to manage the data and easy to present to Customer.
Pros
Easy to manage and really user friendly to access teh logs and read the data
Cons
This software very lagging sometime and taking too long to grab the data
