> **Pros**: Asset Systems helped us to utilize the system to fit our custom needs.  Custom reports and a custom tool to interface with the system was fantastic.

> **Cons**: Required annual renewal of the software just to continue using the system is a bit painful for us.  It would be better to not have the annual renewal of software license and just have annual maintenance renewal where we could continue to use the software.
