Great product! Great company!

Beqom is a tool specialized in HR SPM management, it is so flexible, it allows fitting any kind of business requirement, it doesn't matter if the company is big or small. Beqom assures scalability, the UI is intuitive, the customer always has people working directly with. The system is divided into modules, which let the users only have certain types of access as needed. Beqom spends a lot on security. Beqom possesses people with more than 5 years of experience working on SPM or HR Tools, which makes easy the integration between other systems.
Cons
Beqom sometimes seems to be complex in certain ways, but this is due to the way that the companies running the product have their configuration done. Fierce competitors, but many customers choose Beqom over any similar application.

Total Comp Best in Class
As an implementation partner i have worked on more than 20 or 30 projects on all compensation component possible. Sales incentive, bonus, base salary , benefits, etc.
Pros
The possibility to manage all compensation components in a single platform (C&B and SPM).
The visibility and the self service functionalities provided to the different actors.
Simulation functionalities to analyze impacts of plans or calculation rules changes
Cloud approach for more flexibility, better time to market and improved performances and security
Cons
The mobile access can still be improved, i know it is in the roadmap !

The product is intuitive and very easy for managers and administrators to use. The system is flexible and we were able to customize to fit our unique needs. Their customer services is impeccable!
