The software has exceeded our expectations. Even though it runs in the in cloud, it is responsive and fast. Our utility is unlike others in the way it bills and Utilmate deftly handles our exceptions. The customer support could not be more responsive, understanding and willing to work with us. It is a relief to have software specifically for our billing and customer management that is separate from our accounting program but still syncs with it. > > **Cons**: The initial billing had some bugs, which Utilmate fixed in a very timely manner, and the learning curve was a little steep, but I think that's more about the exceptions specific to our utility that required some workarounds.
