Great Return & Exchange Portal
Pros
Our team got extremely tired of keeping track of exchanges, so we decided to try out this app and it's been great! Really love how automated everything is and how easy it is to track all of our exchanges in one place. :) The support team has been extremely helpful whenever I have a question as well! 10/10 would recommend if you deal with returns/exchanges on a daily basis. We sell pet accessories, so customers frequently choose the wrong size, so we deal with that.
Cons
We haven't had any real issues to be completely honest, it has been extremely helpful for us.

Best value for money for any brand looking for a returns portal
Pros
It's very easy to use on the front end, where our customers are able to easily access their order and choose the item they would like to return along with the reason for the return. Our customers have been very happy with the easiness of the process and user interface. On the backend it's also very easy to use and only requires 3 steps for every single return, saving us time. The best part is that is costs around 80% less than other return solutions which is great for companies that don't have a high volume of returns and aren't looking to spend hundreds of dollars every month on a high quality returns app.
Cons
Can only be done from desktop computer, not mobile. That would be my only suggestion/

Great Experience for My Customers, Excellent Service

Pros
Not only has the platform proven to provide a great experience for my customers, but the attentive staff at ReturnGO has been exceptional at helping me piece together a solution that works for our store and use cases.
Cons
Very little to dislike, I could nit-pick anything apart, but ReturnGO deserves credit as one of the best solutions on the market for small businesses and larger ecommerce stores alike.

Many functions and features!
You need to be an expert and quite smart in setting this app up. If not, the team is always there to help you out and assist you in the process.
Pros
The app has a very detailed return reasoning system, where you can define outcomes based on SKU, price, country, product line code, you name it. You can set different prices, different charges, block certain products or customers etc. The team is still very responsive and does actually solve issues for me. Before I chose for this app, I had meetings with 10+ other apps to see if they have the functionality I need. ReturnGO had all of them for a reasonable price compared to some of the others. If you are not doing many returns they offer an affordable plan where you can still get some extra features for add-on prices.
Cons
This ultimate flexibility in terms of setting the return policies does make the app very complex to setup. Especially if you are dealing with multiple prices for different countries. It would have made my life a lot easier if it was possible to set up a general policy that would overrule all policies. And it would also be a big improvement to be able to set the different pricing at a country level. I would therefore set the ease of implementation at an expert level. I had a hard time integrating my carrier contracts. But the team did a great job in creating a custom integration with sendcloud for me.

Everything we needed
Makes exchanges easy for us and our customers
Pros
Great features and more importantly supported with quick and knowledgable service. Easy to set up and easy for customers to use and understand. The exchange system is amazing.
Cons
Nothing bad to say really. Maybe it's not the cheapest out there, but it is a very good value for the money
