> They claim to run Apple Search Ads, but they don't know what they are doing. Ads that they set up were not getting any impressions on Apple. We introduced Asapty to our Apple manager. Apple manager reviewed the campaigns and explained to Asapty what was set up incorrectly. Asapty ignored the advice claiming that they knew better. The campaigns continued to get almost no impressions. For the first tree weeks Asapty was apologizing for the poor performance blaming Apple and algorithm. Then they just checked out. For the remaining 3 weeks of the service they stopped sending updates, refused to communicate with the Apple manager, ignored our messages, missed calls, etc. They refused a refund either.
