We rely on automation for campaigns and ongoing customer journeys, and the segmentation tool makes it easy to divide our audience based on different criteria and apply those segments directly in campaigns. Overall, it’s a great customer data software pick for mid-sized companies that wish to keep branding consistent.

> **Pros**: One of the biggest advantages is the super strong customer support. Our account manager and the dev team fully understand\\ our non-eCommerce needs.  They are always ready to help every time we ask for something custom. We have launched automations for our franchise program and event promotions, push notifications, pop-ups and email campaigns. Every feature has a very good performance in terms of engagement and opens/clicks. Also, we recently activated the Menura AI agent and it looks promising.
