The learning curve is quite easy and I believe anybody can get used to it. Their customer support could benefit from spanish speaking providers since i live in LatAm. This results in endless back-and-forth exchanges where I'm forced to repeat the same information over and over again. The latest absurdity: I need to remove a funding source to fix a technical issue (as suggested by their own team), but now they claim they can't do it. The company can't remove it from their side either, and I can't remove it from mine. So apparently nobody can fix it, yet here we are. What should be a straightforward technical fix has turned into months of frustration, endless back-and-forth emails, and absolutely no resolution. Their support system is broken, their team doesn't communicate internally, and they seem incapable of solving even basic problems.
