> **Pros**: How easy it is to utilize the platform and also how communicative and insightful it is.

> **Cons**: Sometimes if I want to chat with an expeditor, the chat location of where I can do that is confusing. Also, If I want to upload preliminary plans (test fits, for example) when creating a new project there's no category for this. The idea for uploading preliminary plans is for the expeditor to better understand the project. The only recommendation I would have is when creating a new project, sometimes I need fees only at that time as it's not a real project yet. Example, when we are responding to an RFP, I need estimated fees from Pulley but might not win the project and therefore the project created is voided.

> **Pros**: They are reliable and responsive. We always know exactly where the project stands and what the next steps are. If we have a question, they respond quickly.

> **Cons**: Sometimes I get too many notifications from the portal and I'm not clear on how/where to respond. Tends to be more expensive than other options, but worth it for the better experience and results.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the platform is too strict on formats when uploading. It would be nice if there was just an "Other" where I could just dump documents and have my pulley expeditor help organize them.

> Great experience so far. Been through tough jurisdictions and has worked well for us.
