Easy to use and good customer service as we move from moving from spread sheet to on line system. The customer service has been great and really responsive to suggestions / changes to make this even more user friendly. > > **Cons**: Cost to guests for payments eg: accommodation BUT they have now enabled us to charge this direct to the couple vs the invitee. Saved huge amounts of time resulting in one less member of staff so financial savings enormous. Everything is one place and our service to clients is improved .
