> **Pros**: very user friendly and pretty for staff to use. easy to upload documents and submit files for review and to be sent to EdConnect.

> **Cons**: Sometimes if the student doesnt create their account there is nothing there. would be nice to still have the needed documents even if student didnt create their account.

> So far so good. I am pleased as a new user with a system that is good for staff and students.
