> **Pros**: Nothing much to like. I would say that you can manage the reservations in an Excel based system better than this product.  All the integration with OTAs are not reliable ...huge possibilities of overbookings.

> **Cons**: Choosing Channel manager and PMS is a big decision for a hotels/accommodation providers because It is not easy to exit and move to another service provider.  Whether you are small or medium size , my recommendation will be to stay away from channelmanager.com.au. There are plenty of integrated PMS and CM provider in the market that offer better price and more value for money. &#10;&#10;Product: The product itself is not capable of managing the growth of your business. There are many inbuilt roadblocks e.g. rate plans cannot be mapped to OTAs, Payment gateway cannot be linked to your merchant services provider, no  integration with financial systems and the list goes on. &#10;After realising that I made a mistake by choosing this product, I had to migrate all the data to the new PMS. A lot of work. Meanwhile, channelmanager.com.au deleted all our customers data/reservations without any warning or information. When I called, I was told that the payment was not made on time, so they deleted the whole database. No calls, no emails , no warnings before doing that. Do you expect this from a professional service provider? &#10;&#10;For your peace of mind, stay away from this product.

> **Pros**: The features such as Front desk management, Housekeeping management, accounting etc are the most important features of a PMS  as they are directly linked to guest data and proper management of guests in the hotels. All the features are easy to use with upfront support and it is also seamless to integrate with a third party app such as bulk sms etc.

> **Cons**: Although majority features work seamlessly there is some improvement required in the accounting and night audit as well as handling online bookings.It is not user friendly as other systems due to multiple options segregated at once.
> 
> Its been a fabulous journey with PMS thus far, hope it keeps up with the market pace.

> **Pros**: As 2 person agency having residential property management I found that this software was ideal for our business. It so easy to use and if any queries the back up with the remote source is great. It is a simple step by step format that is so simple to use (even for 1st time users).

> **Cons**: Very little to comment on as no real issues. As i have the minimum system due to the small rent roll there less reports available but no concerns as covers requirements for trust account.

> The program is so user friendly  and the backup support quick to respond makes my choice to use Console a no brainer\!
