> **Pros**: Nous travaillons par API avec Mapo et sommes heureux du résultat, nous avons un gain non négligeable de kilomètres parcourus par nos véhicules. Nous pouvons également prévenir le client final du créneau horaire de sa livraison. Le petit plus de la solution est le calcul des émissions CO², nous gagnons beaucoup de temps à ne pas la recalculer \!

> **Cons**: Un seul qui n'en ai pas vraiment un, le support est uniquement par mail, le téléphone est bien de temps en temps. Mais les équipes dédiés sont tout de même joignable par d'autres canaux.

> Bonne équipe pour le démarrage du projet, un suivi sérieux et respectant les échéances. Nous ne trouvons que du positif à travailler avec ce logiciel (et les personnes derrière). Le suivi par le commercial permet d'améliorer le produit au plus prêt de nos besoins.
